A new week in St Marys

Well, i just came back from my first St Marys Planning Commission Meeting. Every one was very nice and I certainly learned a lot about the process of getting a variance. I do not think I was alone. I think all our questions will be answered positively in the near future.

Ryan is blogging again. check him out http://www.ryanleavy@blogspot.com/ he seams to be learning a lot and he has yet to mention any of his classes. The SAS program will live on for his entire live. Ryan, again congratulations you truly stand out in all you do.

New buyers

Well, It was very busy for a Sunday. I have received a few calls to show listings. It seems there are a few buyers in town. No is the time to get your house on the market. With interest dropping again last week a little the mortgage interest rates are still very enticing.

What are you hearing. Have you found the home of your dreams? Call me to help you find that special home. I showed the models at The Cottages of Oak Bluff in Osprey Cove. The buyers where very impressed. Turns out it was just what they where looking for. Take a look for yourself. Call me any time. 912-882-8506

Ryan's new email

Well Ryan's well on his way. He is emailing me asking if I have received his emails. I have and have responded. He was given a free email address from the SAS and that may need to come to him in a big down load. Who knows. I hope he can read his blog and mine.

I have been asked to speak at a home buyer education workshop this Saturday. I have agreed and have started planning my outline and details. I am sure it will be fun. It will be in Folkston, Ga just north of Jacksonville off US 1.

We had our board luncheon today. It was informative. We heard from both republican candidates for GA Senator Jeff Chapman and Terry Carter. also some great in sites to local news from Alan Nesmith.
